Field Service Engineer On the planning screen we list the field service engineers that can be filtered by various criteria. Planned orders (and other appointments) for an FSE are shown on a planning screen. On an additional window unscheduled orders are shown. Now the user can schedule an order by dragging it to the appropriate FSE and date / time. After synchronisation the FSE receives the orders on his notebook or the iPad | Orders When an order is scheduled by Drag and Drop it can be assigned to one or more field service engineers. An order can be scheduled for a couple of hours or for more than one day. When double clicking on an order in the planning view the order will be shown. |
