CATTOR Mobile is an iPad app used by the Field Service Engineer. The app synchronizes with the main server that the FSE has all the planned orders at hand. When on site, the FSE adds the time worked, optional additional material used and remarks for the customer and the back office. When done the customer signs on the iPad and receives a PDF report by email after CATTOR Mobile synchronizes with the main server.

CATTOR Mobile can be used on stand-by duty as well. When a customer calls outside the office hours the field service engineer can check the contract information of the calling customer and sees if immediate action is covered by the contract. If so, the field service engineer creates a picket order with from CATTOR Mobile and can start working right away.
