Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance Contracts
A maintenance contract consists of two parts. The frame contract defines the customer, payment information and some default values. The 2nd part contains a list of units with details.

Contact Information
Defaults like type of contract, due date, start date, end date and so on are defined here.

Invoice Information
In the invoice part we define invoice month, the number of invoices per year and parameters like fixed price, etc.
This part contains a list of units covered in this contract. When a unit in the list is marked details about the unit and contract are visible

When a unit is added to the contract the default values from the frame contract are copied. The default values can be changed.
For each unit a set of options can be defined like e.g. 15% discount on spare parts replacement or work is free.
